1. Promoter
The promoter is Your Lending Experts Pty Ltd ("Promoter").
2. Competition Period
The competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 16th September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 29th October 2026 ("Competition Period").

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
​
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:

Follow the official Your Lending Experts Facebook page and/or Instagram account; and
-
Complete the entry form located at [insert link].
Only one entry per person, per social media platform is permitted.
Participants must remain followers of the relevant social media account(s) at the time the winner is drawn.
5. Prize
The prize consists of:
-
One (1) $100 Gift Card.

The total prize pool value is AUD $100.
​
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
​
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
​
The draw will take place on 30th October 2026 at the Promoter's office, and the the winner will be notified via phone and Facebook/Instagram Messenger within 2 business days.
​
The first valid entry drawn will be declared the winner.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via phone and Facebook/Instagram Messenger on the entry form within seven (7) days of the draw.
​
The winner's first name and suburb may also be published on the Promoter's website, eNewsletter and social media channels.
8. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed after fourteen (14) days from notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
9. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and may disqualify any entrant who:

Provides false information;

Breaches these Terms and Conditions;

Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods; or
-
Fails to meet the eligibility requirements.
10. Privacy
By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for:

Administering the competition; and

Contacting the winner;

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected will not be used for anything other than the administration of this competition.
11. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any responsibility associated with the promotion.

12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prize.

13. Promoter's Decision
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Changes to the Competition
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws.
